1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
We accept exchanges only, under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be in a resalable condition with original tags, invoice, and box.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange.
- Earrings are not eligible due to hygiene reasons.
2. Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Email us at support@harinimjewels.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return shipping instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll ship the replacement item.
Please note: The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@harinimjewels.com with clear images of the product and packaging.
- After verification, we will arrange a reverse pickup and send a replacement or refund (if applicable).
4. Refund Policy
We currently do not offer refunds unless:
- The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
- A prepaid order is not cancelled.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch — whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, email us at support@harinimjewels.com with your order number.
- After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
6. Important Notes
- Harinim Jewels reserves the right to reject return/exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
- Slight variations in color, polish, or finish are not considered defects — these are natural in handcrafted jewelry.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
